Salon & training policies

Please read carefully before booking.

BOOKINGS
All appointments and training courses must be booked in advance.
We advise to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, other wise there is a 50% charge. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours notice have a 100% charge. Future appointments can not be made until the fee has been paid.

LATENESS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation with 100% charge if it impacts other bookings.

NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in cancellation fee and full payment before future bookings.

TRAINING COURSES
Course fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. Training materials and certificates are issued upon successful completion.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, inappropriate, or fails to comply with our policies.
